Superstar Chrissy Teigen took to Twitter on Sunday to show off her adorable home classroom where her children and a few others will be doing their learning amidst the pandemic.
The 34 year old also used her social media platform for good, and has been buying up school supplies for underfunded teachers as many schools move forward with reopening despite surging coronavirus cases.
‘Everyone get ready for …. miss chrissy. pregnant and here for it (I really have always wanted to be a teacher!),’ she captioned her first of a chain of Tweets.
Chrissy has been homeschooling the children with her husband John Legend, but as many schools prepare to re-open after the summer break, she has offered to foot the bill of some much-needed supplies.
‘If you are a teacher in need of supplies for the upcoming school year, please drop your amazon wishlist here, I will do as many as I can!’ she wrote.
Later on in the day, Teigen updated her thread of tweets with some positivity: ‘Today I cleared 50 entire lists and countless extra items were purchased from lovely people just passing through. Will do more this week and would love to focus on struggling districts and special needs. Please keep posting in this thread!’
