Childish Gambino is a man that keeps to himself for the most part. His personal life is not widely known, as he just likes that it way. It was a surprise when we found out how had his first son with his girlfriend and it wasn’t until his Governors Ball performance that we found out his name! During the performance he gave a shout out to his son Legend.
During the show he also revealed some other big news. From what he said the other night, it does not sound like Childish Gambino will be putting out much more music. He said at the end of his show “I’ll see you for the last Gambino album.”
Gambino is an extremely talented man, as he stars in Atlanta and has been in other works. Maybe his time as a musician is over, but he’ll be hitting the television screen more.
‘Pet Sounds’ by the Beach Boys is 50 years old this year, considered by many to be the best album from its era. “Wouldn’t it be Nice,” "Sloop John B," "God Only Knows,” and “Caroline No” all come from this Brian Wilson classic.
