Cher is a rare entertainer, one who finds herself as popular and hip as she was some 40 years ago. She’s about to drop her latest LP, an album of ABBA covers that were given life from her role in the recent film ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again,’ where she sang “Fernando” and “Super Trooper.”

It’s no surprise that she’d appear in the Mamma Mia! sequel this year, but the highlight of 2018 may be her recognition at the Kennedy Center at the end of the year; Reba McEntire and Philip Glass of ‘Hamilton’ will join her in the Kennedy Center celebration.
