The Houston Astros are dominating the American League, as they’re the only team to have over 40 wins with the Yankees and Red Sox following up the rear. The AL East has been extremely competitive led by the Yankees and Red Sox.
The National League has been dominated by the surprising Colorado Rockies. They started the week with 41 wins. The Dodgers and Diamondbacks are hot on their tail in the overall standings as well as the NL West. The Washington Nationals have been outstanding in 2017, but part of that may be because of weak NL East foes like the Phillies, Marlins and Braves.
