Cardi B and Drake are extremely popular across the board. Not only have their albums hit #1 in rap and hip hop, but also have crossed the boards onto the pop charts.

The American Music Awards will truly be a battle of the sexes as to see who beats who in each category they’re both nominated for. The categories they’re both nominated for are Favorite Music Video for “Bodak Yellow” and “God’s Plan”, Favorite Rap/Hip Hop song for “Bodak Yellow” and “God’s Plan”, and Favorite Artist for Rap/HipHop. Not to mention they’re both nominated for Best Male/Female artist in the Rap/HipHop categories.

Tune in to ABC tonight to see who leaves with their hands full.
