Cam Newton, Blake Bortles and Nick Foles Lead the Way This Weekend

There was a lot of great action that took place this weekend and much of it was led by the quarterback position. We really saw some amazing performances from guys who led their teams to victory.

Cam Newton was on point throwing for four touchdowns and 241 yards. He also carried the load on the ground, rushing 14 times (most on the team) for 58 yards as well. The Panthers would win by a touchdown in this exciting game against the Packers.

Many wondered if Nick Foles could handle being the quarterback of the best team in the NFL and yesterday he proved he could. Like Newton, he threw four touchdown passes and would add 237 passing yards to his stat sheet. The Eagles pulled out a close win against the Giants, 34-29.

Blake Bortles has received plenty of negative attention in his short career but nobody is going to complain about how he performed in the win against the Texans yesterday. He threw for 326 yards and three touchdowns in the 45-7 win.

Other teams to win this weekend include the Lions, Chiefs, Bills, Ravens, Vikings, Saints, Redskins, Rams, Patriots, 49ers and Cowboys.
