Cage the Elephant At the Top of the Charts w/ ‘Social Cues’

On a chart dated October 26th, Cage the Elephant’s “Social Cues” hits No. 1 on the all-rock-format Rock Airplay tally.

Cage the Elephant collects its fifth Rock Airplay leader and achieves a personal first; it has now led the list with two singles from the same album for the first time. “Social Cues” follows the six-week reign of “Ready to Let Go” beginning in March. The band’s three other No. 1s were all released from different albums.

According to Nielsen Music, the second single from the Kentucky band’s latest album of the same name, released on RCA Records, rises 3-1 on Rock Airplay with 9.8 million audience impressions are up 13%.
