John Lennon has been in and out of the news for the past year, primarily concerning revelations as to the kind of person he was off stage. Now his sister is leading a campaign to inspire John Lennon and Beatle fans to actually own a brick, taken from the road ‘Strawberry Field.’ In London, the actual Strawberry Field was a children’s home owned and run by the local Salvation Army, a site that is no longer there.

This campaign orchestrated by John’ sister is designed to raise awareness and money for the purpose of building a memorial location. The concept is this; sell bricks at the price of $100 per, delivered in a special presentation that numbered.
