The 59th Annual Grammy Awards are happening February 12th and there is one rock band that is searching for their first Grammy win. It wasn’t even until this year that they had received a nomination at this prestigious award show! Can you imagine the band that put out great hits like “All the Small Things” and “What’s My Age Again?” being shut out from this award show?
The band has won awards at the Blockbuster Entertainment Awards as well as the California Music Awards. They’ve won Kerrang!, Libby, MTV Europe Music, MTV Video Music and San Diego Music Awards to go along with them! This band has yet to win hardware from the Grammys amazingly.
This year they’re up for the Best Rock Album award at the Grammys. They’ll be facing off against albums from Gojira, Weezer, Panic! at the Disco and Cage the Elephant for this one. We wish everyone the best of luck come February 12!
