On April 21 a group of women will be honored by Variety for all that they do. These women are being honored at the Power of Women event that this magazine holds every year. Variety has teamed up with Lifetime to award a few amazing women a special honor.
The winners of Variety’s Lifetime honor include Blake Lively, Gayle King, Audra McDonald, Chelsea Clinton, Jessica Chastain and Shari Redstone. Why are they being honored? Variety and Lifetime feel these women are among those in the entertainment and media industry that do great humanitarian work.
Congratulations to all of these women and we are surely thankful for all that they do. They certainly deserve this honor.
