No matter how rich or famous you might be, we know that one day the grim reaper will come for all of us when it’s our time.

It’s with deep sadness that we share the news that Bill Paxton, a terrific character and lead actor, has died at the age of 61, due to complications from scheduled heart surgery.

Bill definitely has one interesting trivia moment in his life; he was in the crowd off Dealey Plaza the moment JFK was assassinated November 22nd, 1963.

Bill starred in some of the biggest movies in the 80s and 90s. His movie resume is quite impressive, starring in ‘Terminator, ‘Aliens,’ ‘Tombstone’ ‘Apollo 13,’ ‘Twister,’ and as treasure hunter Brock Lovett in Titanic. Bill was also a trooper and accomplished TV actor, starring in the miniseries ‘Hatfields & McCoys,’ earning himself an Emmy Award nomination. Bill earned widespread praise and recognition for his skills in the HBO series ‘Big Love,’ as well.

The actor is survived by his two children, James and Lydia Paxton, and his wife of 30 years Louise Newbury.
