Big Wins From 2021’s BET Hip Hop Awards

On Tuesday evening, the 2021 BET Hip Hop Awards honored a number of artists for their memorable projects over the year.

Lil Baby won multiple awards, scoring big with the Artist of the Year title over Cardi B, Drake, Megan Thee Stallion, J. Cole, and Tyler, the Creator.

Most of the other Best Artist nominees did not go home empty-handed, though. Tyler, the Creator won Best Live Performer, the Cultural Influence Award, and his 2021 release Call Me If You Get Lost won Hip Hop Album of the year. Cardi B and Megan won Best Hip Hop Video and Best Collaboration with WAP, and J. Cole was named Lyricist of the Year.

Overall, the 2021 BET Hip Hop Award winners were a cumulative celebration of the past year’s unforgettable music moments.
