Beyonce Wins Big at BET Awards

This year’s BET Awards went down last night and it was quite the event. In total 21 awards were given out to the biggest and brightest stars of the Hip-Hop and R&B genre.

The 2017 BET Awards took place in Los Angeles as Microsoft Theater and were hosted by Leslie Jones. The biggest winner of the night was Beyonce who won multiple awards including a few of the biggest like Video of the Year and Best Female R&B/Pop Artist. She wasn’t the only one though of course. Let’s take at some of the biggest awards handed out Sunday night…

Video of the Year – 24K Magic by Bruno Mars, Sorry by Beyonce
Best Male R&B/Pop Artist – Bruno Mars
Best Female R&B/Pop Artist – Beyonce
Best Male Hip Hop Artist – Kendrick Lamar
Best Female Hip Hop Artist – Remy Ma
Best New Artist – Chance the Rapper
Album of the Year – Beyonce, Lemonade
Best Group – Migos
Humanitarian Award – Chance the Rapper
Viewers’ Choise Award – Beyonce, Sorry
Centric Award – Solange, Cranes in the Sky
