Concert ticket prices are crazy these days; do you remember thinking $25 per ticket was rich? Well, if the ticket price is high, the earnings of the performer must be astronomical and do we have news for you.

Beyoncé has just been crowned the highest paid woman in music, according to Forbes Magazine. From June of 2016 to June 1st, 2017, Beyoncé earned over $100 million dollars, primarily as a result of her ‘Formation World Tour’ and “Lemonade” LP sales. If you read down the Forbes list, you’ll also see the names of Katy Perry, Taylor Swift and Jennifer Lopez.

In related news, Coldplay reached the top five in tour earnings for the concert season, hitting total gross revenues of over $500 million. U2, Guns N’ Roses, and Justin Bieber’s ‘Purpose’ tour all reached the ridiculous revenues mark for 2017.
