Nominations for the 2017 Grammy’s were announced with a few surprises.
In the category of ‘Best Music Film,’ “The Beatles: Eight Days a Week the Touring Years” by Ron Howard was nominated for a well deserving Grammy.
David Bowie received five Grammy nominations: ‘Best Recording Package’ (Blackstar), ‘Best Engineered Album’ (Blackstar) ‘Best Alternative Album’ (Blackstar), ‘Best Rock Performance’ (“Blackstar), and finally ‘Best Rock Song’ (“Blackstar”)
Iggy Pop received a Grammy nomination for the category of ‘Best Alternative Album.’
The Grammy Awards are on CBS Sunday February 12th, taking place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
