Arcade Fire To Receive Honor Tomorrow

Arcade Fire is one of the great rock bands in our time and they’re some of the best people as well. This Canadian Music Week, the band is going to be receiving the Allan Slaight Humanitarian Spirit Award. This award goes out to those displaying great humanitarianism and charity work throughout their years.

It’s happening tomorrow, May 10, and is a big award for the band. They’ve won plenty of them in the past but they’ve spent time on stage during acceptance speeches asking people to donate their time and money to those in need, so you know that this is something they really believe in.

Congratulations to Arcade Fire on their big win and more importantly, everything they’ve done for others.
