The NFL is always expanding and this latest way to expand is to be streamed by Amazon! In year’s past you could stream games Twitter, but now we see Amazon win the bid to show 10 games next season. These games will be Thursday Night Football games and will only be available to select members of Amazon. You have to be an Amazon Prime member to enjoy them in this fashion.

Reportedly the deal cost Amazon $50 million for just one year’s worth of games. Twitter paid significantly less, but also didn’t show nearly as many games. That deal cost the social media platform a rumored $10 million.

Have no fear Thursday Night Football fans. If you are not an Amazon Prime member and still want to enjoy these games then you’ll be able to thanks to CBS and NBC like in year’s past.
