Have you ever wondered whatever happened to Alan Parsons? You know, the singer that gave the 70s “Eye of the Sky,” “The Raven,” and “I Wouldn’t Wanna Be Like You” is still on tour today. We don’t know enough about this artist, and frankly what we share here today will surprise you.

Alan began his career at the age of 18 as an audio engineer for London’s Abby Roads Studios in 1967. His fingerprints are all over McCartney’s “Red Rose Speedway,” “Dark Side of the Moon,” and practically every album from the Hollies.

Alan is an accomplished musician, having conquered the flute, keyboard, and bass, but rarely sang on any of his songs.

The band Ambrosia credits Alan for all their success, and he’s credited on the Beatles legendary “Abbey Road” album.

Although born in London, Alan Parsons lives in Santa Barbara, California with his wife and two daughters. He has two sons from a previous marriage.
