Adele Receives Her Own Royal Albert Star

Hollywood has it’s Walk of Fame Star, while the UK now has the famed Royal Albert Hall Walk of Fame, a new initiative of the legendary venue. This week Adele was honored with her very own star at the Royal Albert, and she couldn’t have been prouder.

What’s the connection to the British landmark? Adele recorded her iconic live LP from 2011 at the Hall, and remember that her Grammy award winning tune “Set Fire to the Rain” was recorded at the Hall as well. At the ceremony this week, Eric Clapton was honored, as was former prime minister Sir Winston Churchill. Muhammad Ali, Roger Daltrey, and Albert Einstein also have stars at the Royal Albert Hall.
