Hot cocoa season is finally upon us! To help get you in the mood, Costco now has mini to-go cups filled with hot cocoa mix that double as Christmas tree ornaments.
Instagrammer @costcosisters recently spotted Costco’s 12 Days of Cocoa Ornaments. It comes with 12 ornaments arranged to look like they’re hanging on a Christmas tree. Each ornament is a mini to-go coffee cup that has a festive design on it. Inside of the ornaments, you’ll find a different flavor of hot cocoa mix. It doesn’t look like they’re labeled, unless there’s writing on the bottom of the tiny cups, so you could turn it into a fun guessing game. Some of the flavors include a classic chocolate, dark chocolate gingerbread, sugar cookie, and peppermint.
The mini hot cocoa cups are available at Costco for $17 (though, as always, availability may vary from store to store). That seems like a solid price considering you get multiple cocoa flavors to try and ornaments to decorate your tree with.
Needless to say, this gift would be ideal for anyone who drinks hot chocolate on the reg. One commenter shared that they’re going to include a gift card with it as a present “for the teens.” If that gift card involves Starbucks or another chain that sells hot chocolate, that’s a pretty good idea. Of course, you can always buy it for yourself as a treat for living through this year. Cheers!
