1957 – Bobby Helms recored “Jingle Bell Rock.”

1970 – Neil Diamond received a gold record for “Cracklin’ Rosie.”

1971 – Duane Allman was killed in a motorcycle accident in Macon, GA.

1975 – Joan Baez became a member of Bob Dylan’s Rolling Thunder Revue.
