Selena Gomez recently stopped by to visit Live With Kelly and Ryan for a chat to promote her upcoming zombie comedy film, The Dead Don’t Die. The film is slated to come out this Friday, June 14th. And even though there was some chatter about the film, there was also talk about Gomez’s impressive social media presence.

Kelly and Ryan were eager to hear about how the super star manages her 150+ million followers on Instagram, which led her to reveal that she actually doesn’t even have the app on her phone. “I think it’s become really unhealthy for young people, including myself, to spend all of their time fixating on all of these comments and it was affecting me,” Gomez said in the June 12 interview. “It would make me depressed, it would make me feel not good about myself, and look at my body differently.”

“I have it [the app] on someone else’s phone and when I feel like I wanna share something with my fans, I do it then,” she explained.
