Russell Wilson Launches Good Man Brand on Amazon

Russell Wilson is not only the highest-paid player in the NFL, but his fashion career is also taking off.  Wilson’s line drops just in time for Father’s Day shopping, but more so, it’s a collection of stylish essentials you can wear all year long.

Wilson’s label, the Good Man Brand just launched on Amazon Fashion. It’s no surprise Wilson is a fan of the juggernaut retailer; after all, he recently gifted his offensive line $156K worth of Amazon stock. But Wilson’s generosity and philanthropy run deep within his DNA and the Good Man Brand. Over the last two years, the brand has contributed over $500K to the Why Not You Foundation, which supports today’s youth through empowerment, educational and mentorship programs.

“Honestly I’m always rocking my Good Man Brand (GMB) Chill Chinos and the Joggers. We work with the best fabric mills in Italy innovating comfortable, made-to-move fabrics,” Wilson recently explained in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle. “Everyone is busy today, and nothing is worse than going all day in uncomfortable pants. Live.” In many ways, the brand is inspired by the NFL player’s late father, Harry Wilson, but not exactly stylistically speaking. “To be honest, my dad knew how to rock a suit and tie, but sometimes he was on the run and wore mismatched shoes. So I didn’t get my fashion game from him, but I did learn my work ethic from him,” shares Wilson.  “‘Gotta hit it, gotta hit it!’ He encouraged me to give back, dream big and always ask the question, ‘Why not you?’” Wilson says. “I always say, dress for the job you want, not the job you got.”
