Big and Rich, Carrie, and Faith’s Football Themes

We’re all familiar with the Big and Rich blockbuster “Comin’ to Your City” right? Well the song hit epic status when ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ chose the song as the theme tune. Yes, it’s the song that was used in the recent Notre Dame – Michigan football game, but did you know that this is the 12th, season, ESPN is using the song in the opening credits and audio bumpers? Time does fly when you’re having fun. Big and Rich shot the upcoming 2018 footage at the Woods at Fontanel in Nashville last month.

Hank Williams Jr. hit the sporting big time when ‘Monday Night Football’ used “All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight” making the song memorable, exposing a whole new audience to the flavor of country.

‘Sunday Night Football’ capitalized on two of country’s leading ladies, as Carrie and Faith stepped into the theme song spotlight. Faith gave sports fans “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night,” while Carrie sang “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night” her way.
