It was just the other day that Drake went and surprised a big fan of his at a hospital in Chicago. What a moment it was! The 11-year-old girl was in need of a heart and is a huge fan of Drake. So, it only made sense for him to lift her spirits and fulfill one of her birthday wishes!
Sofia has other amazing news to be excited about as she has a heart coming her way and will hopefully be feeling better soon. Just this summer she found out that she had cardiomyopathy and would be in need of a new heart.
We’re happy to hear of this great news for Sophia and love that one of our favorite artists could help lift her spirits during tough times.
