Two of the most popular 60s and 70s acts in rock and roll, John Fogerty, and ZZ Top are nearly done with an early summer tour, where they rock; from Indy to Youngstown OH, the reviews have been nothing short of stellar. The boys have banded together for their “Blues and Bayous” tour. Here are a few our favs from these two bands…

“Gimmie All You’re Lovin’” was a hit for the boys from 1983 and the ‘Eliminator’ LP. The best part of the song was the video, featuring the popular red “ZZ Eliminator Car.”

“Fortunate One” by CCR was indeed written as a protest song from the late 60s, where the Fogerty’s couldn’t help but notice that rich kids didn’t go to war.

“Sharp Dressed Man” another single from the ‘Eliminator’ album Has been covered from Alvin and the Chipmunks, Debbie Harry, Nickelback, Charlie Daniels, and ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic.
