The Foo Fighters and Dave Grohl have gone on many tours over the years, so it’s no surprise that they have a favorite opening band of theirs! Just the other day Dave Grohl opened up about the topic and we love his answer to the question of who was their favorite opener over the years.
Grohl said that The Struts are his favorite over the likes of Wolf Alice, Death Cab For Cutie and The Kills among others. He says that they take this spot because they were able to help them reach the stardom they’ve reached because of opening for them and that bands like Wolf Alice don’t need their help.
