Kenny Chesney is Giving it All Away

It’s easy to tell people the wonderful things you’re going to do, but harder to prove it with your actions, unless you’re Kenny Chesney. Kenny stunned the music world this week by announcing that all the proceeds from the sale of his latest album ‘Songs for the Saints’ (dropping in late July) will go towards his Love for Love City Fund for Virgin Island relief.

As you may know, the Virgin Islands was once home for Kenny, still reeling from the natural disasters of hurricanes these past few years. Kenny is the founder and driving force behind the charity ‘Love for Love City Fund’ created to provide humanitarian relief to those in the U.S. and the British Virgin Islands, “Get Along,” is the latest single from the upcoming LP, breaking into the top 10 this week. The album also includes collaborations with Jimmy Buffett, Ziggy Marley, and Mindy Smith.
