Katy Perry Supports Election Day

We’re not sure if you voted but we hope you did. We’re not the only ones either. One of the biggest names in music hit social media to support voting at the primary election in California.

Katy Perry wrote, “CALIFORNIANS! What’s important to you? Is it gun violence? Immigration? Women’s rights? Prison reform? The #CAPrimary is tomorrow 6/5…” You can take a look at the full tweet by clicking here.

The California primary elections took place on Tuesday and many others in entertainment took the time to support that election as well as other states. Names like Chelsea Handler, Alyssa Milano and Billy Eichner.
