The Ryman Auditorium is located at 116 Fifth Avenue South in Nashville, but its more than a physical location, it’s the home of every aspiring country singer who ever picked up a guitar or write a lyric. The building began as the Union Gospel Tabernacle in the late 1800s, names after a wealthy river boat captain Thomas Ryman. What’s happening at the famed Ryman this summer?

This Monday June 4th, it’s the Darius Rucker and Friends Benefit Concert at the Ryman, starring Trace Adkins, Ashley McBryde, Lauren Alaina and Darius; the night kicks off at 7:30 local time.

Stephen Stills and Judy Collins will be in concert June 14th, ticket prices begin at $75. The ‘Lovett or Leave It’ tour, starring screenwriter Jon Lovett and a group of Nashville stars will entertain with humor and perspective on the day’s news on June 22nd.
Detroit’s own Anita Baker will entertain for two nights in July during her farewell tour. Be sure to make plans for Anita at the Ryman July 27th or July 28th. If you’re a fan of Bluegrass, be sure to check out the Bluegrass Nights series beginning June 21st through July 26th
