You Can Own Prince’s Caribbean Island

When an artist or star leaves this warm earth, fans have the opportunity to own a personal item once belonging to the star, typically a guitar, sheet music, clothing or automobile etc. Now, for this one time only, you can own the private estate on the Caribbean island of Turks and Caicos, as it goes up for auction July 12th. Beware, the original cost was $12 million dollars.

This 10,000-foot property on the Caribbean island is a private compound that features six full and one-half baths, contains six bedrooms, two private beaches, a tennis court, yes a purple driveway, and more ocean views than you can shake a stick at. Here’s the catch; you will have to register online, and the fee to enter into the auction is $100,000 refundable if you aren’t the winning bid.
