Tina’s New Biopic Musical is a Hit

‘Tina; The Tina Turner Musical’ opened this week in London, with Tina and husband Erwin Bach on hand for the premier. Tina who is now near 80s, looked marvelous in lace and glitter, walking on the red carpet, like she owned the place. Well, on this night she did.
Tina Turner has had one of the most inspiration lives of all; born Anna Mae Bullock in near poverty, she sang her way out of despair with Ike her eventual husband. Her early days provided tunes like ‘Nutbush City Limits’ and ‘Proud Mary’ but her success also came with a price; an abusive marriage. looked simply the best, as she made her first red carpet appearance in five years in London, England, on Tuesday night.

Tina is played by Adrienne Warren a Tony nominated performer who does all Tina in the musical. Adrienne is known for her roles in ‘Bring It On: The Musical,’ and has received Tina’s approval for her reprise in the show.
