Elisabeth Moss Kicks Off New Season in Handmaid Tale

It’s been a wonderful couple of years for Elizabeth Moss, earning a Golden Globe and Emmy for her work in the ‘Handmaid’s Tale,’ with news that the new season for the popular show’s second season begins online in May. Who is this Elisabeth Moss?

Although actress Elisabeth Moss has worked hard to build a successful career, most fans think her role in the television series ‘Mad Men’ was her first foray into stardom. Her first big break in Hollywood came playing the President’s youngest daughter in the Sorkin television series ‘West Wing’ in the late 90s and early 2000s.

Elisabeth hails from Los Angeles originally dreaming of becoming a ballerina, moving to New York at an early age to study at the School of American Ballet. She began her journey as a six year old in the made for television movie ‘Bar Girls’ in 1990, then various cameos on TV until her first film role in the 1991 ‘Suburban Commando’ as an extra.
