The special vanity plates features the famous John Lennon self-portrait sketch, with the phrase “Imagine No Hunger,” and will be one of the nearly 10 million available. In essence, the state-run program is designed to raise money to pay for the acquisition and distribution of food to those in need. The program is designed to provide additional education, with plans to write legislation that would make it easier for those in need to make healthier nutrition choices.
