A Deeper Look at This Year’s BBMAs!

Just the other day we saw the nominations for the Billboard Music Awards be released and we touched on the rock specific awards at this year’s show. Those aren’t the only awards that rockers have a chance at winning hardware at though. Let’s take a look…

For Top Duo/Group, we see Imagine Dragons, Coldplay and U2 all up for the award, giving them a 60% chance at winning considering only five are up for it period. For Top Hot 100 Artist we see Imagine Dragons yet again have a chance at winning as well as the Top Song Sales Artist award. It doesn’t end with them as they are also up for Top Radio Songs Artist and Top Selling Song (two nominations here!) among others.

Other rockers getting love include Coldplay who was nominated for Top Radio Song and Top Collaboration for Something Just Like This with The Chainsmokers as well as a few others. U2 can be seen on the list of nominations for Top Touring Artist as well as their other nominations previously mentioned.
