Some of the Most Admired Women On Earth

When you think of admired women, you think of Michelle Obama, Mother Theresa, or a Fortune 500 CEO who happens to be a significant woman. In a recent poll, however; you can add Taylor Swift and Madonna on the world’s most admired women list. The recent survey interviewed nearly 40,000 people in 35 countries around the world, and recently published the 2018 ‘World’s Most Admired List.’

14 of the top 20 women mentioned at the top are entertainers; Taylor Swift, Madonna, and Angelina Jolie are at the top of the lists for men and women; Software creator Bill Gates has been number one every time in the poll, while Jolie has been at the top since 2015.

Others on the list include Hillary Clinton, Emma Watson, Malala Yousafzai, Oprah Winfrey, Queen Elizabeth II, Jackie Chan, Barack Obama, Pope Francis, Russian president Vladimir Putin, and the Dalai Lama
