Pearl Jam Plays Fenway This June

Baseball is as American as hot dogs, apple pie, Chevrolet and Pearl Jam. Baseball is also a great partner of rock music, and Pearl Jam has announced a summer tour that includes playing Fenway Park in Boston. The date of the event is June 22 at Fenway Park. To add to the summer fun, Pearl Jam has also announced a deal to play at Safeco Field, the Seattle Mariners park, July 20th.

If you’re lucky enough to be in attendance at either game, you’ll have a chance to receive limited edition Pearl Jam stuff, and if that wasn’t enough, we hear that the Seattle game will end with a fireworks display. Yes, members of the band will also throw out the night’s first pitch.
