Chance the Rapper Continues to Be a Man of the People

Chance the Rapper has to be the most down to earth artist there is. He’s always spending time with his fans, surprising them, entertaining them, and doing great things for them. Well, this time around he’s heading to New Orleans to reach out to a very special group of people. It has come out that he’s going to be at Dillard University performing the commencement address.

This 2018 class is in for a treat as Chance is going to give what we are sure will be an amazing speech. He has a way of reaching out to his fans and those that are young and influencing them in the best way.
