Don’t look now but there’s going to be a musical adaptation of “Beetlejuice” headed to Broadway later this year, some suspect later October to early November. The project is also eyeing the National Theatre in Washington, DC.

Former Obama political star Susan Rice, the former U.S. National Security adviser and ambassador to the United Nations, has just been named to the board.

Hollywood and authorities are still sorting out the crime of the century or at biggest crime this week, the multiple stabbing of former child star Corey Feldman. Corey claims he was stabbed Tuesday by an unknown assailant. The exact injury and depth of the injuries are still hazy to police.

In international news, Hollywood is over the moon about recent political changes in Saudi Arabia, as the country lifts its band on movie theaters, paving the way for western business opportunities.

Finally, the reboot of the popular show “Roseanne” delivered an amazing, and extremely high overall rating of 5.1 rating in adults 18-49, better than the reboot of “Will & Grace” or the “Big Bang Theory.”
