Each week we like to look at Mediabase charts and how different songs are faring on them, but this week’s Billboard Hot 100 is too hot not to talk about. For the ninth week in a row, Drake’s “God’s Plan” has owned the top spot! This is pretty remarkable, yet not surprising considering the amount of success we all know it’s had already. For those counting at home, the song has only been on the chart for nine weeks, pretty amazing!

Other songs worth noting this week on the chart are “Freaky Friday” from Lil Dicky (featuring Chris Brown) and “Sad!” from XXXTentacion. Both are new to the top 10, are great hits, and also are their creators first top 10 hit on this chart. Congrats to everyone this week’s chart and we look forward to seeing if Drake can make it 10 in a row!
