Hootie and the Blowfish Planning on Brief Reunion

It’s the 90s all over again, as the top tier band Hootie and the Blowfish have announced that they will have a brief reunion July 21 at the Atlanta Braves professional baseball game as part of the Jason Aldean High Noon Neon tour.

Darius Rucker used to star as the lead singer for Hootie and the Blowfish, hitting the charts with “Hold My Hand,” “Let Her Cry,” and “I Only Wanna Be With You,” before breaking up many years ago. Since the breakup of the Blowfish, Darius has successfully launched a country career that has paid big dividends for his hard work.

Hootie and the Blowfish have a kind heart and can be persuaded to get back together for a good reason, but don’t forget to come see them in Atlanta, July 21st.
