James Hetfield of Metallica is about to cross over into the Hollywood scene as he will star in the upcoming movie about serial killer Ted Bundy in a film called ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile,’ a project that is filming on location as we speak.
Ted Bundy haunted this nation as one of our nation’s most notorious serial killers from 1974 to 1978, credited with taking the lives of over 30 people during his reign of terror. Ted was eventually captured, convicted, and put to death in 1989.
Hetfield will take on the role of Bob Hayward, Utah Highway Patrolman who initially arrested Ted back in 1975. James has appeared as himself in more than eight Metallica flavored short films, and in Skylanders Academy the television series. He’s also provided his voice for American Dad.
‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile,’ should be released in the fall of 2018.
