Lindsey Vonn is All American

Linsey Vonn is continuing her competition in the Winter Olympic Games and crazy enough, the Twitter universe has lit her up about a lack of patriotism and failure. Here’s the backstory…

Lindsey told CNN last year before the games, that if she were to win a medal, she wouldn’t visit the White House. To make it even frostier, she also told the reporter that she participates to represent the country, and not the President, of whom she is not a fan.

Most fans don’t know that she was really trying to win a medal for her grandfather who passed away last year; she was extremely close to him, a man who helped mold her career. Haters will hate, the world goes on, and Lindsey will be just fine regardless of what others think of her.
