The 2018 Global Awards announced its nominees for the event and not surprisingly a few familiar names have the most nominees. There are rockers at this one that are going to be recognized so you know we’ll be paying attention to this one.
The event takes place March 1 and is a mix of recognition from multiple radio stations in London, so not surprisingly it’s going to take place in London.
Coldplay has a big nomination at this one as they’re up for the Best Group award. They have stiff competition though as there are some big pop names up for this one including The Chainsmokers.
Liam Gallagher has a few nominations at this award show including Best British Artist or Group. His other nomination is for Best Indie. That award should be very interesting considering Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds is also up for it as well as Florence + The Machine, Blossoms, and Kasabian.
