Beach Boys Member Hits the Road This Year

It’s hard to believe where the Beach Boys would be without original member Al Jardine, but that may have actually happened in the early 60s before there was a Beach Boys. Al meet Brian from his high school football team as freshmen, befriending the Wilson family that year. He joined the family band in 1961, but would eventually leave for a career in the air industry, and dental industry over the years, before coming home for good as a member of the Beach Boys. It’s Al’s voice you hear on “Help Me Rhonda” by the way.
