Apple Shows Off Their HomePod

Apple just recently showed off their version of a smart speaker, similar to Alexa from Amazon, and theirs is going to be called the HomePod. This bad boy is about seven inches in height and looks very basic but sleek. It’s a black tall cube in a sense and will be able to stream Apple Music easily.

If you’re looking to buy one of these HomePods you’ll have to do so by pre-ordered on Friday for a whopping $349. This price tag is higher than other smart speakers out there but as we all know, Apple puts out great technology to listen to our favorite music to and their fans have no issues dishing out the money.

For those wondering, Siri will be in charge of the HomePod and will be its version of Alexa from the Amazon Echo.
