It was recently reported that the Paul McCartney ‘One on One’ tour in 2017 generated more than $130 million dollars. Consider that Paul provided less than 40 tour stops, from spring to the end of the year, and you have a memorable tour. ‘Pure McCartney’ was released in 2016, but fans want to hear the complete anthology of Paul, thus we’ve considered the best Paul McCartney albums and would like to share…

‘Band on the Run’ in 1973 was the fifth LP overall for Paul, since leaving Beatle breakup, providing “Jet” and “Band on the “Run” which were smash singles on the FMs. Denny Laine is all over this album; you can hear the Moody Blues touch.

‘Wings Greatest’ from 1978 has the best solo work, from “Another Day” to “My Love,” this is the one album that clearly defines Paul as a solo musician.

‘Give My Regards to Broad Street,’ released in 1984, contained reprised Beatles singles and solo work that significantly added to the discography of his total body or work. What makes this album a real gem is that Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour, Toto’s Steve Lukather and Jeff Porcaro, the legendary Dave Edmunds, and wife Linda are featured on the offering.
