Frank Ocean is one of the most cryptic artists you’ll find in music, constantly keeping us on our toes when it comes to new music. In November, he told us that he had a full album that he hadn’t released and suggested that he would be releasing it in 2018. Well, he’s back at it again, this time on Tumblr with a post that shows a man wearing a hat that reads, “If you liked 2017, you’ll love 2018.” It has the caption, “new 18-99” to go along with that.
