John Legend to Appear on NBC Special

It’s the holiday season, with Christmas less than a week away but news has come out regarding an NBC special on a different holiday. We’re talking about Easter, taking place April 1 next year. The special is going to be titled “Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert!” and it has come out that John Legend will be starring as Jesus in this special.

This one is to be a live musical that is going to surely entertain us all. Alice Cooper, the rocker of many years, has already been cast for this one to play King Herod. More names are sure to come out regarding the cast and we will let you know when that happens! Until then, get excited about this NBC special taking place April 1 of next year.
