Sony and Michael Jackson Estate Re-Up

The estate of the late Michael Jackson, and Sony Music have agreed to lengthen their profitable relationship for one simple reason; it’s good business! Their current business relationship has proven to be mutually beneficial; Michael Jackson music continues to be downloaded at an incredible pace each year.Sony and Michael Jackson first shook hands and became business partners over 40 years ago, collaborating on the ‘Off the Wall’ LP. Michael’s music has been streamed over one billion times this year.

On January 19th, the television show ‘Lip Sync Battle’ will go with an all Michael Jackson theme for its contestants, the first time that’s happened on the show.
